Lady Griz named finalist for Idaho State Gatorade Player of the Year

Megan Sorenson (JR), 6' Outside Hitter has been selected as a finalist for Gatorade Player of the Year.  Megan led the Grizzlies in hitting, kill, blocking and serving percentage.  She is currently playing for Idaho Stars Volleyball Club on the 18's national team.

 

 

Janel Porter Selected to the Senior All Star Team.

Congratulations to Janel Porter! The 5'8" outside hitter was selected to the 5A Senior All Star Team. The 5A team beat the 4A team in 3 sets. We are proud of you!

Congratulations to the varsity team for qualifying to the 5A state tournament in CDA with thier victories over Vallivue, Borah and Centennial at the SIC 5A District Tournament.

Freshman Volleyball Team Wins Districts!
Congratulations to head coach Anna Houchin and the Freshman team for winning Rocky Mountains first ever District Tournament! Rocky Mountain was seeded 4th going into the district tournament. They beat #5 Kuna in 2 sets and #1 Skyview in 3 sets to advance to the championship match. They beat #2 seated Caldwell in 2 sets.

Your hard work, discipline to position and court strategy paid off! We are so proud of you!
